Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective or contains the wrong item, please email midlifeandmasterpieces@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
